2025 HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER WORKOUTS

Acalanes Girls basketball program will be offering a summer program–including both daily practices and game/tournament competition–for players entering grades 8 through 12 this fall. With the support of the Lafayette Girls Basketball Association, we will offer an intensive four-week program at Acalanes High School, running in June, with a few dates in July for Shooting workouts. This program is focused on improving individual skills, team Defense & Offense, players' basketball IQ, physical strength and, will offer lots of time for shooting.

The money will (eventually) go into our foundation. All money helps off set the cost of practice jerseys, equipment, trainings, summer league &/or tourneys.

Price for Summer Workouts $400

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We are now accepting payments for the Summer workouts. We have started the process of changing our Foundatiion to Lamorinda Girls Basketball Foundation. It may take up to 1-3 months for all the paperwork. Until then, FastBreak will collect and monitor the Foundation money until we get approval etc.

Summer Workout Dates

April & May: HS Open Gyms (TBA)

June: Monday - Friday Workouts (mid-day)

All summer workouts are held at Acalanes High School. We will practice from 12PM - 2PM June 2 - 20th, and then 11AM - 1PM on June 23-27th.

Local Tourneys & Games Dates:

Summer League games locally: Concord / Martinez
June 7-8 Tourney at Weston Ranch, Stockton
June 12-14 Girls Cali Live (Varsity level) in Roseville
June 20-21: Tourney at Dublin HS (Fri & Sat)
June 28-29 Marin county Tournament
July workouts once or twice a week (upon request)
